It’s time to register for a booth at One People Reggae & Arts Festival

You are invited to participate in ONE PEOPLE REGGAE & ARTS FESTIVAL IN HOPE MILLS MUNICIPAL PARK ON SATURDAY, MAY 31, 2025
This is an outdoor show open to all food vendors. A limited number of food vendors will be allowed to display and/or sell their goods. We look forward to seeing you and providing our assistance and hope we have your cooperation and understanding

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

SIGNED APPLICATION
To become a vendor or an exhibitor at One People Reggae & Art Festival you must fill out and sign the application that is included in this document. Signing the application implies accepting and agreeing to ALL of the rules.

PAYMENT
No payment required with the application. You will be invoiced for the final amount due after your application has been accepted by the committee.

PHOTOS
All vendors, new and returning, MUST submit recent photos of your booth.

PLEASE NOTE::

  • If an item is not on your menu, you will not be allowed to sell it
  • Duplication of food items will be limited by One People Reggae & Arts Festival
  • Menus must be approved by One People Reggae & Arts Festival
  • No one vendor will have exclusive rights to the show
  • One People Reggae & Arts Festival reserves the right to deny any application
  • Spaces will be assigned as applications are received and accepted by the review committee.
  • One People Reggae & Arts Festival is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during the festival.

ONE PEOPLE REGGAE & ARTS FESTIVAL FOOD VENDOR GENERAL INFORMATION:
Save $$$ on applications received by March 31st!
All applications must be received NO LATER March 31st, to get the Discount! Applications received after March 31st. will be charged the regular price.

TIME OF FESTIVAL:
Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (no vehicles allowed after 12:05 pm)

WHAT TO BRING TO SET UP:
Exhibitors must provide their own tables, displays, and tents for shelter from rain or sun.
All tents and displays must be free-standing and secured with weights – ABSOLUTELY NO HAMMERING INTO THE CONCRETE!
SET-UP TIMES:
Vendors may set up on Saturday, 9:00am -12:00 pm.
All vendors must be set up on Saturday by 12:30 pm.
No cars will be allowed in the vendor staging area on Saturday after 12:01 pm. We suggest the use of handcarts to transport your merchandise in and out of the staging area.

PACK-UP TIMES:
Vendors may not pack up before 10:00 pm

(All fees are non-refundable)

  • 1 Food Vendor Booth Fee (10′ by 10′) = $300.00 now until March 31! $350.00 AFTER March 31, 2025
